<匯港通訊>          中國置業投資(00736)宣布，因新型冠狀病毒(COVID-19）疫情蔓延，以及上海市採取的疫情防控措施，集團賬目的編製、落實及審核工作嚴重受阻。因此，該公司預期無法按例，於6月30日之前完成2022年年度業績的編製工作及於6月30日刊發2022年未經審核年度業績。

由於2022年未經審核年度業績不會於6月30日或之前刊發，該公司股份將自7月4日(下周一)起停牌。
