被英國會批限制移英港人提取強積金 匯豐：須遵守經營地區法律 X

<匯港通訊>       英國國會一個委員會批評匯豐銀行限制移英港人提取強積金供款。匯豐回應指，集團尊重人權，但同時必須遵守經營地區的法律和監管機構指示。 

該委員會發表的報告指，匯豐以英國政府發出的入境文件不充分為理由，拒絕其客戶以永久離港為理由提取強積金供款，認為匯豐是協助中國政府在經濟上孤立離開的港人。

該委員會聯席主席、自由民主黨下議院議員卡邁克爾形容，匯豐與中共政權進行卑鄙勾當，損害港人基本權利和財產權，對離港人士造成困難。 

英國於2021年1月開放港人申請BNO簽證計劃，讓合資格港人到英國住滿一定年期後入籍成為公民，至今已有超過15萬港人申請。 (ST)
