<匯港通訊>     對於近期大熱的聊天機器人 ChatGPT, 京東集團(09618)副總裁何曉冬表示,京東在 ChatGPT 領域擁有豐富的場景和高質量的數據,例如京東雲言犀每天和用戶進行1000萬次的交互,使得算法能夠及時地迭代更新。
        

他認為,ChatGPT 是令人興奮的前沿探索,京東智能人機交互平台「言犀」則是大規模商用的客戶服務系統,未來京東也會不斷結合 ChatGPT 的方法和技術點,融入到產品服務中來,推動人工智能的產業落地。  （BC)
