嘉里物流(00636)去年核心盈利增11%擬向順豐發換股債曾跌8% X

<匯港通訊> 嘉里物流(00636)2022年核心純利增長11%至35.72億，同時發行7.8億元3.3厘永續可換股證券(CB)予順豐控股，所得款項淨額約7.74億元，用於支持其東南亞國際快遞業務的未來增長和擴展（尤其支持KEX Thailand）、補充營運資金以作一般公司用途及償還現有債務。股價插水，曾挫8.6%至11.92元，最新跌5.982%。

初步行使價股18.8元，較3月28日收市價13.04元溢價約44.17%，可悉數轉換為4148.94萬股，佔擴大股份2.24%，順豐控股持股可由51.52%升至52.61%。(SY)
