<匯港通訊>     路透報道，蘋果公司已開始要求新應用程式(App)在其中國應用商店上架前，出示中國政府許可證明，以符合國家法規。

蘋果上周五(9月29日)起要求App開發者在其應用商店發布新App時，提交「互聯網內容供應商(ICP)備案」。

ICP備案是一種長期的註冊制度，是網站在中國合法運營的必要條件，包括騰訊(00700)和華為在內的大多數本地App商店至少從2017年起就採用了該制度。要獲得ICP備案許可，開發者需要在中國有公司或與本地發行商合作。

內地8月發布新規定，要求所有App商店和開發商向監管機構提交包含業務細節的「應用備案」。中國監管機構上周公布首批完成「應用備案」的移動App商店名單，但蘋果的App Store並不在其中。

蘋果的合規狀況可能會影響其App Store上數十萬個App在中國的訪問，包括X(前身為Twitter)和Telegram等App。

根據新規定，未經適當備案的App將在明年3月結束的寬限期後受到處罰，而新開發的App則需要從9月起遵守這一規定。(WL)
