新加坡明年起向跨國企業徵收境外資產所得課稅 X

<匯港通訊>  從明年1月1日起,在新加坡沒實質經濟活動的跨國企業實體,脫售境外資產並在新加坡收取收益,這些收益將可課稅。

新加坡代交通部長兼財政部高級政務部長徐芳達,在國會為所得稅(修正)法案進行二讀時指出,基於智識財產權資產流動性較高,更嚴格的規則亦將適用於這類資產的脫售收益。而措施是為了使新加坡的稅收制度與國際規範一致,解決國際避稅風險。

徐芳達預期,新稅收制度不會對新加坡經濟造成負面衝擊,因為新加坡重點始終是吸引和錨定在新加坡的實體經濟活動。 (BC)
