日本財團據報收購余仁生  最快下周簽約 X

<匯港通訊>    據報擁有逾144年歷史、本港中藥材及中成藥零售企業余仁生獲日本財團洽購，最快或於下周簽約，其估值達到62億港元。若交易落實，相信是繼譚仔被東利多控股收購後，本港近年最大的日資收購交易。

《彭博》報道，日本財團有意收購余仁生，當中的財團包括有日本三井物產和樂敦製藥，由於日本財團的出價最高，因此或有機會成為買家。消息又指，余仁生的估值約為8億美元，即相當於62億港元，至於相關交易細節仍待定。據悉三井物產、樂敦製藥和淡馬錫拒絕對這項收購置評。（BC)
