市建局指「煥然懿居」第三座已售出67%單位 X

<匯港通訊>    市建局港人首置項目「煥然懿居第三座」上星期一開始揀樓,至今售出173個單位, 佔整體67%。市建局指,計劃在獲董事會通過,並與政府商討出售安排後,適時推出餘下單位。

市建局表示,各類單位中以一房最受歡迎, 共125個已經全數售出,至於兩房單位和三房單位,就分別售出30個及18個。 （BC)
