<匯港通訊>   房屋署4月2日將向超過25萬個公屋租戶，派發「富戶政策」申報表及「居住情況申報表」，居民需於5月底前交回。

房屋局向立法會提交文件，交代打擊濫用公屋成效，截至二月底覆核了約5萬9千個公屋租戶，當中約190戶擁有香港住宅物業，其中有60個單位已被收回，亦已向約20戶發出「遷出通知書」及跟進檢控，餘下約110戶會按序跟進租約管制行動及檢控。

對於懷疑瞞報在內地擁有物業的個案，房屋署近日致函內地相關機構查詢，獲回覆涉事家庭在廣東省擁有住宅及商舖，家庭資產淨值超過公屋申請限額，已向他們發出「遷出通知書」，正跟進檢控。

署方表示，日後會積極考慮在輪候冊上的申請人中，進行是否在內地擁有物業及資產的抽查。 （BC)
