本港3月私人住宅樓價按月升逾1%　終止連跌10個月 X

<匯港通訊>    本港樓價結束10個月連跌。

差餉物業估價署公布，3月私人住宅售價指數回升至305.7，按月升1.06%，但按年仍跌13.23%，樓價仍較2021年歷史高位回落逾23%。

3月中小型單位和大型單位售價按月分別升1.05%及0.98%，按年則分別跌逾13%及約11%。

3月租金指數回升至186.1，按月升0.54%，按年升5.62%，結束2個月連跌。 

首季私人住宅樓價指數按年跌1.8%，租金指數升0.05%。 (ST)
