中原估計4月整體樓宇買賣挑戰9700宗 將創近3年新高 X

<匯港通訊>  中原地產研究部高級聯席董事楊明儀指出,截至4月24日,2024年4月份整體樓宇買賣合約登記(包括住宅、車位及工商舖物業)暫錄得8239宗,總值705.56億港元。估計全月有9700宗及830億港元,將較3月的5103宗及373.71億港元,分別急升93.5%及1.22倍。反映2月底政府全面撤辣後,樓市氣氛迅速升温,3月期間成交量大升,推動4月整體登記宗數將為2021年7月9957宗後的33個月(近3年)新高,金額將為2022年8月916億港元後的20個月(逾1年半)新高。 (BC)
