<匯港通訊>  鷹君集團(00041)與港鐵公司(00066)首度策劃的港鐵何文田站上蓋物業發展項目第 II 期「朗賢峯 ONMANTIN」第 IIB 期昨日(27日)進行首輪銷售,鷹君地產代理銷售及市務總經理梁淑儀表示,「朗賢峯」昨日首輪銷售,單日全數沽清共260伙。鑑於市場反應熱烈,向隅者眾,將於周內加推單位。 (BC)
