Nasdaq 遭 Thoma Bravo 沽售近半持股 股價市後跌2.8% X

<匯港通訊>     納斯達克市場母公司 Nasdaq 公布，私募基金 Thoma Bravo 配售4160萬股，相當於持股的近一半。消息曝光後，Nasdaq 股價在市後延長交易時段跌2.8%。

以收市價計，相關股份價值為27.9億美元。

Nasdaq 去年以105億美元向 Thoma Bravo 收購 Adenza，代價是以股份加現金支付。因此，Thoma Bravo 持有Nasdaq 的14.9%權益。

據 Nasdaq 公告，Thoma Bravo 配股後，持股量降至4280萬股或7.4%。按照去年收購協議，Thoma Bravo 在明年5月1日前不能沽售上述股份。

Nasdaq 在今年配售會購回120萬股，總額不逾1.2億美元。 （BC）
