華納兄弟探索控 NBA 阻亞馬遜獲轉播權 X

<匯港通訊>  華納兄弟探索(Warner Bros. Discovery)控告美國全國籃協(NBA),希望藉此可重新獲得2025年度之後 NBA 轉播權。

華納兄弟探索指,NBA 拒絕了公司旗下 TNT 體育分支匹配亞馬遜與 NBA 簽訂的2025年度後11年轉播權協議的決定是錯誤的。

公司認為,過去40年有 NBA 轉播權的 TNT 是有合約賦與的匹配權,而此舉也符合廣大籃球迷的意願。

NBA 轉播權目前由迪士尼及 TNT 擁有,但2025年球季結束後將完結。NBA 早前與迪士尼,Comcast與亞馬遜分別簽訂2025年後11年轉播權的協議。根據原有轉播權協議,TNT 有權匹配第三方的出價,而該公司本周初提交文件,決定只匹配亞馬遜的協議。不過,NBA 周三決定,TNT 條款不完整地匹配亞馬遜條款,因此匹配失效。NBA 同日與三間公司簽訂新轉播權協議。 (BC)
