<匯港通訊>  美國總統當選人特朗普公布,由華裔前外交官黃之瀚(Alex Wong)出任白宮副國家安全顧問。特朗普指黃之瀚在自己上一個總統任期,曾出任對北韓事務的副特別代表,有份協調他與北韓最高領袖金正恩的峰會,並領導國務院推動自由開放的印太戰略。

資料顯示,黃之瀚是廣東移民之子、哈佛大學法學博士。其後加入美國國務院,曾出任負責東亞及太平洋事務的副助理國務卿。 (BC)
