利嘉閣周末10大屋苑錄得7宗成交按周上升17% X

<匯港通訊>  綜合利嘉閣地產分行網絡數據,在過去的周六日10大指標屋苑共錄得7宗成交,較對上個周六日的6宗,按周升17%,惟已連續5周處於單位數水平窄幅上落。

利嘉閣地產總裁廖偉強表示,近日整體市場表現較淡靜,一手新盤及二手屋苑均未見有大突破,希望隨著「一簽多行」的重來,市面可以變得較熱鬧,加上月中如美國再次減息,也對樓市會有帶動作用。 (BC)
