<匯港通訊>          大成糖業(03889)宣布，配售合共4100萬股股份，佔擴大後股本約2.12%，配售每股0.1元，與周五收市價相同，所得款項總額約410萬元，淨額約400萬元，擬用作償還應付集團錦州生產基地設備供應商的其他應付款項，及一般行政開支。 (WH)
