<匯港通訊>           越秀地產(00123)宣布，實際擁有95.475%權益的附屬公司廣州新秀房地產開發，通過公開掛牌方式以2,023,400,000元人民幣，成功競得廣州市海珠區工業大道南大幹圍AH101533地塊。

廣州市海珠區工業大道南大幹圍地塊總用地面積約15,489平方米，規劃總可建築面積約93,827平方米，其中計算容積建築面積約 60,398平方米。廣州市海珠區工業大道南大幹圍地塊性質擬為二類居住用地。廣州市海珠區工業大道南大幹圍地塊所建住宅物業擬用於出售。 (WH)
