(Infocast News)    KANTONE HOLDING (01059) has agreed to place 62,505,000 Shares at HK$0.172 per Share.

The Placing Price represents a discount of approximately 9.95% to the closing price on 21 January.

The net proceeds to be received by the Company will amount to approximately HK$10.5 million. The Company intends to use the net proceeds for the general working capital of the Group and acquisition of industrial premises in Hong Kong. (WL)
