《公司盈警》希瑪醫療(03309)料去年度錄得減值虧損 X

<匯港通訊>          希瑪醫療(03309)發盈警，預期截至2024年12月31日止年度公司權益持有人應佔溢利將介乎5000萬元至6000萬元，2023年同期約6200萬元。撇除下述減值虧損的影響，除利息、稅項、折舊及攤銷前盈利將約為3億元（2023財政年度：3.435億元）。由於集團醫院及診所的商譽、物業、廠房及設備以及使用權資產預期錄得若干減值介乎約1.95億元至2.15億元，集團預期錄得公司權益持有人應佔虧損介乎約1.3億元至1.6億元（2023財政年度：溢利6200萬元）。以2024財政年度的收
益而言，預期集團於2024財政年度的收益約19億元，而2023財政年度的收益為19.24億元。

減值虧損乃由於競爭激烈及2024年整體消費意欲減弱，導致若干醫院及診所的表現遜於預期。上述減值為一次性非現金開支，不會對集團的整體營運造成任何影響。 (WH)
