《公司盈警》華控康泰(01312)料去年度虧損擴大 X

<匯港通訊>           華控康泰(01312)發盈警，預期截至2024年12月31日止年度錄得綜合虧損淨額介乎約7920萬至1.188億元，2023年同期綜合虧損淨額約6110萬元。

虧損增加主要由於集團於2023財政年度就出售附屬公司錄得一次性收益約1.105億元，而2024財政年度並無錄得該收益；及集團確認集團健身業務之特許協議相關無形資產減值約超過1700萬元。該減值主要由於集團於台灣之健身業務之復蘇較預期緩慢，未能如集團於新加坡之健身業務一樣強勁復蘇。
