<匯港通訊>           中國建築國際(03311)宣布，向中國東方資產管理(認購人)，配售合共2.446億股股份，佔擴大後股本約4.63%，配售價每股12.26元，較周二收市價12.2元溢價約0.49%，所得款項29.988億元，所得款項淨額與所得款項總額大致相同，其中約5億元擬用於償還計息債務，約5億元用於裝配式建築和其他建築科技的生產、研發和投資；及約19.99億元用於不時投資本集團的建築或其他建築相關業務及一般企業目的。 (WH)
