<匯港通訊>          中星集團控股(00055)發盈警，預期2024年財政年度錄得虧損介乎7000萬至8500萬元，2023年同期虧損約8210萬元。

虧損主要由於2024年財政年度持作買賣投資之公平值虧損約520萬元，2024年度投資物業之公平值虧損約2220萬元(2023財政年度：公平值虧損約610萬元)；2024年度物業發展業務以及製造及銷售業務之分類虧損。 (WH)
