<匯港通訊>         圓美光電(08311)發盈警，預期截至2024年12月31日止年度虧損介乎約4100萬至4600萬元，較2023年同期虧損約1910.4萬元可能大幅增加。

虧損增加主要由於預期2024財年錄得集團按公允價值計入損益之金融資產(即出門問問(02438)的投資)的公允價值虧損約1920.7萬元，2023年度錄得按公允價值計入損益之金融資產的公允價值收益約1064.7萬元；預期錄得集團2024財年收入比2023財年減少，預期集團2024財年錄得的經營開支較2023財年減少。 (WH)
