<匯港通訊>           瑞昌國際控股(01334)發盈警，預期截至2024年12月31日止年度錄得純利不低於1030萬元人民幣，較2023年同期減少約81.3%。

純利預計減少乃主要由於考慮到下游市場需求減少及石油煉製及石油化工行業資本投資放緩，相關客戶暫時延緩若干重大銷售訂單，導致集團產品銷售下跌，從而使得集團去年度的總收益及毛利減少；市場競爭加劇令致毛利率下降；及銷售及行政開支增加。 (WH)
