<匯港通訊>        金茂源環保(06805)發盈警，預期截至2024年12月31日止年度股東應佔溢利較2023年度增加超過30%。

溢利增加主要歸因於集團的表面處理循環經濟產業園因日常租賃面積增加致使租賃及設施使用收益、廢水處理及公用事業的收益增加; 及因租戶需求增加及本集團信用政策的調整增加了貨物銷售及配套業務產生的收益。 (WH)
