<匯港通訊>         新耀萊(00970)宣布，配售合共9380.03萬股股份，佔擴大後股本約16.67%，配售價每股0.402元，較今日收市價0.49元折讓約17.96%，所得款項總額約3770萬元，淨額約3680萬元，其中約1000萬元用於支付訴訟開支，約1680萬元於機會出現時用作潛在投資，及約1000萬元用作一般營運資金。 (WH)
