<匯港通訊>             LHN (01730)宣布，建議分拆 Coliwoo Group Pte. Ltd. 股份及於新交所主板獨立上市向聯交所提交分拆申請。

Coliwoo Group 為該公司的一家間接全資附屬公司，於2024年12月26日根據新加坡共和國法律新註冊成立的有限公司並將於就建議分拆而將進行的內部重組行動，完成後持有集團的共居業務。
