<匯港通訊> 飲食天王（環球）(08619)宣布，建議將英文股份簡稱由「King of
Catering」更改為「NIU」，並刪除中文股份簡稱「飲食天王」。

此外，該公司擬進行股份合併，每10股合併為1股，每手買賣單位由2000股改為1萬股。 (WH)
