UTS MARKETING(06113)獲要約人折讓約81.2%提要約全購 明復牌 X

<匯港通訊>         UTS MARKETING (06113)宣布，要約人同意收購合共3億股股份，佔已發行股本的75%，代價1.86億元。緊接完成後，要約人及一致行動人士持有合共已發行股本75%，要約人按例需就所有已發行股份提出強制性無條件現金要約。現金要約價每股0.62元，較停牌前收市價3.3元折讓約81.2%。

此外，該公司建議將英文名稱改為「BitStrat Holdings Limited」，並加入該公司之中文名稱「比特策略控股有限公司」。

要約人為 CoreVest Holdings Limited，由羅祖春持有。
