人行：將用好用足適度寬鬆貨幣政策 適時降準降息 X

<匯港通訊>    人民銀行副行長鄒瀾在國新辦新聞發布會上表示，人行將用好用足適度寬鬆的貨幣政策，根據國內外經濟形勢和金融市場運行情況，適時降準降息，保持流動性充裕，創設新的結構性貨幣政策工具，圍繞穩就業、穩增長重點領域，精準加力，做好金融支持。

他指，人行正在研究豐富政策工具箱，將適時推出增量政策，助力穩就業、穩企業、穩市場、穩預期，有效鞏固經濟發展和社會穩定的基本面。

他指，今年以來，人行加大宏觀調控力度，強化逆周期調節，綜合運用多種貨幣政策工具，強化各項政策協同發力，督促銀行持續優化信貸結構，推動經濟持續回升向好。從總量看，人行精準投放流動性，保持貨幣信貸合理增長。從結構看，重點領域金融支持更加有力。從利率看，人行推動實體經濟融資成本下降，經營主體和居民利息負擔，持續減輕。 (ST)
