《公司盈警》中國安儲能源(02399)料去年度虧損擴大 X

<匯港通訊>       中國安儲能源(02399)發盈警，預期截至2024年12月31日止年度錄得公司權益持有人應佔虧損不少於約3.51億元人民幣(下同)，相對截至2023年12月31日止年度的公司股東應佔
虧損則約為5230萬元。

預期虧損增加主要歸因於以下各項的合併影響：(i)去年度來自工業產品板塊及男士服裝板塊之收益減少；(ii)因公平值下降導致投資物業及使用權資產減值虧損增加；(iii)國際財務報告準則第 9 號「財務工具」項下貿易應收款項信貸虧損撥備增加，有關貿易應收款項賬齡長及因而被視為已減值；及 (iv) 就去年度向部份董事及集團員工授出購股權之權益結算以股份為基礎的付款開支增加。 (WH)
