<匯港通訊> 中達集團控股(00139)宣布，GIBO Holdings Limited通過De-SPAC交易與Bukit Jalil Global Acquisition 1 Ltd(NASDAQ: BUJA)合併後於5月9日成立，並已經在納斯達克(NASDAQ: GIBO)上市。有關集團持有GIBO的股權，已經轉換成2571.2萬股GIBO Holdings股份。

根據GIBO Holdings於5月9日(美國時間)的收盤價每股6.98美元，集團持有GIBO Holdings的股份市值約為1.79億美元。集團投資GIBO股權的收購成本約為3280萬美元。根據GIBO Holdings於5月9日的收盤價每股6.98美元，集團於GIBO的投資將錄得未變現溢利約11.4億港元。

GIBO Holdings主要透過其全資附屬公司開展業務。GIBO Holdings通過De-SPAC交易在納斯達克上市(NASDAQ: GIBO)，根據於5月9日的收盤價，GIBO Holdings的市值約為51.27億美元。

GIBO成立的目的為通過人工智能(AI)變革內容創作及消費方式，目前已發展成為獨一無二的綜合AI生成內容(AIGC)動畫流媒體平台，為觀眾與創作者提供廣泛的功能，服務於亞洲廣大年輕群體，供其創作、發佈、分享及欣賞AI生成動畫視頻內容。截至去年6月30日，GIBO已在亞洲15個國家或地區(即印尼、菲律賓、越南、泰國、緬甸、馬來西亞、韓國、日本、台灣、孟加拉、印度、柬埔寨、香港、新加坡和老撾)擁有約7200萬註冊用戶，其中包括約6.1萬名內容創作者。截至該日，自2023年9月上線以來，GIBO平台上平均累計約2760萬月度活躍用戶(MAUs)。 (ST)
