EDA集團(02505)美國租物業作自營倉庫 X

<匯港通訊> EDA集團(02505)宣布，其全資子公司就位於美國喬治亞州亞特蘭大的該物業租賃事宜與業主訂立租賃協議。租賃協議項下的該物業將用作公司於美國的自營倉庫。

租期自開始日期起計滿63個月，或按租賃協議的規定提前終止。應付租金將包括基本租金及附加租金，租賃協議項下涵蓋整個租期之基本租金總額(不含稅)約為1560萬美元(約1.123億元人民幣)，附加租金為租戶可能因任何原因根據租賃協議應付業主的所有款項。

董事會認為，訂立租賃協議為集團擴展其全球物流網絡及足蹟的契機，符合其成為全球領先的人工智能物流技術服務集團的整體戰略發展方向。
