中原(工商舖):4月份商舖租務輕微回落至332宗 X

<匯港通訊>  據中原(工商舖)統計,4月份商舖市場共錄得約332宗租賃成交,按月輕微回落約3.5%,而成交金額約3674萬港元,按月上升4.8%，升幅得以維持。

中原分析,五一黃金周長假期間五日共錄得110萬訪港人次,提振本港旅遊及零售市場信心,帶動租務市場氣氛,預計5月份商舖租務將可繼續維持逾300宗水平。 (BC)
