<匯港通訊>  中原地產10大屋苑本周末錄得12宗成交,按周減少14.3%,連續兩週維持雙位數成交,零成交屋苑維持2個。

中原地產亞太區副主席兼住宅部總裁陳永傑表示,受惠於多項利好因素,買家入市信心增加,惟一手新盤緊接推售,分散市場注意力,加上本周末適逢母親節,市民忙於相聚及慶祝,令二手交投較上周末稍為放緩,但成交量連續兩周維持雙位數,可見樓市已回暖,料短期內二手交投靠穩橫行。 (BC)
