美聯周末10大屋苑錄得約14宗成交按周持平 X

<匯港通訊>  據美聯物業分行統計,5月第二個周末(5月10-11日),10大藍籌屋苑錄得約14宗成交,按周持平,連續5周錄得雙位數水平。若按15大屋苑計算,周末錄15宗買賣成交,較上周末約16宗下跌約6.3%。

美聯物業住宅部行政總裁布少明表示,西沙全新大盤「SIERRA SEA」熱賣及加推應市,成為市場焦點及激發購買力釋放,多個新盤亦部署推售,為新盤市場增添熱鬧氣氛。雖然新盤吸納大批二手客源,惟買家入市意欲上升及部份新盤向隅客回流,對二手樓市亦帶來一定支持。近期資金持續湧港,拆息大幅回落等因素均有利樓市及減輕供樓負擔,而且美國仍有望減息,帶動整體交投。 (BC)
