<匯港通訊>  綜合利嘉閣地產分行網絡數據,在過去的周末(5月10-11日)10大指標屋苑錄12宗二手成交,較對上一個周末(5月3-4日)的14宗按周回落14%,已連續兩周錄得雙位數。

利嘉閣地產總裁廖偉強表示,整體樓市氣氛不俗,發展商去貨順利加上拆息回落帶動,二手交投大致保持於穩定水平。 (BC)
