<匯港通訊>           新銳醫藥(06108)宣布建議股本重組，股份每10股合併為1股，緊隨股份合併生效後，已發行股本中因股份合併產生之任何零碎合併股份將被註銷；以每股當時已發行合併股份0.49港元為限，透過註銷該公司繳足股本，將每股當時已發行合併股份的面值由0.5港元削減至0.01港元，從而使得每股已發行合併股份於有關削減後成為每股面值0.01港元之新股份；及股本削減產生之進賬將轉撥至實繳盈餘賬，緊隨股本削減生效後，每股當時法定但未發行之合併股份將拆細為50股每股面值0.01港元之新股份。 (WH)
