<匯港通訊>      新鴻基地產(00016)發展的屯門項目「NOVO LAND」第3A期周六首推165伙，其中160伙價單形式，5伙招標形式推4房單位。這160伙，開放式10伙，一房19伙，兩房96伙，三房35伙。

新地代理執行董事陳漢麟表示，價單市值超9.8億。

折實售價介乎299.88-775.62萬，折實呎價介乎10461-12980元，平均呎價11450元。有70伙供大手組。

他還表示，項目於周四晚上8點截票，截至今晚可收到超過3500票。相信投資者比例會高一點。
