<匯港通訊>  已故「舖王」鄧成波家族旗下多個物業近年先後被接管人放售,靄華物業信貸有限公司上周五(27日)入稟高等法院,申請向已故鄧成波的遺產提破產呈請,惟法庭文件沒有披露相關詳情。根據司法機構網頁,案件已排期9月30日在高院作破產呈請聆訊。

根據法庭文件,債權人為靄華物業信貸有限公司,被呈請破產為已故鄧成波的遺產,由其擔任遺產管理人的兒子鄧耀文和鄧耀昇作代表。 (BC)
