萬麗(香港)「東邊街九號」首推30伙 折實平均呎價2.0696萬元 X

<匯港通訊>  萬麗(香港)發展位於港島中西區核心黃金地段之全新住宅項目「東邊街九號」,公布首張價單,涵蓋合共30伙單位,以最高10%折扣計,折實平均呎價2.0696萬港元。首批單位戶型涵蓋開放式、一房及兩房,實用面積由249-508平方呎。

萬麗(香港)執行董事楊樹楠表示:「有見近日接獲不少專業人士及中環上班族、以及來港工作的年輕專才的查詢,將於今日起開放現樓示範單位予公眾參觀。」

發展商將為「東邊街九號」提供2項付款計劃,總折扣優惠由7-10%,分別為「90天現金優惠付款計劃」及「120天現金優惠付款計劃」;以及凡於7月31日或之前簽署臨時買賣合約的「早鳥折扣」。 (BC)
