美國擬對馬來西亞、泰國 AI 晶片設限 阻止轉賣中國 X

<匯港通訊>  外電報道,美國計劃在人工智能(AI)晶片方面對馬來西亞和泰國設置限制,目的是打擊涉嫌向中國走私半導體的活動。

據消息稱,美國商務部正在起草一項規則,旨在阻止中國透過馬來西亞和泰國這兩個東南亞國家的中間商,取得美國的 AI 零部件供應。

美國商務部尚未回應傳媒查詢。

美國AI晶片龍頭廠商輝達(Nvidia)行政總裁黃仁勳早前曾表示,沒有證據顯示 AI 晶片存在轉運行為,他沒有提及任何特定國家。美國政府近年已禁止向中國銷售先進的 Nvidia AI 處理器。(BC)
