卡夫亨氏據報擬分拆卡夫品牌業務上市 X

<匯港通訊> 《華爾街日報》引述消息人士透露,食品巨擘卡夫亨氏(Kraft Heinz)計劃分拆包括卡夫品牌在內的業務獨立上市。

根據報道,如果完成分拆,這個包括卡夫品牌在內的業務,市值可能高達200億美元。

完成分拆後,卡夫亨氏餘下零售消費業務包括亨氏品牌及 Grey Poupon 品牌的醬汁。

卡夫亨氏拒評上述消息,但引述5月的公告,表示正評估各項策略性選項,以提升股東價值。 (BC)
