<匯港通訊>      亞洲電視控股(00707.HK) 公布，於10月17日(開曼群島時間)(即2025年10月18日上午4時正(香港時間)，向開曼群島大法院提交有關該公司委任共同臨時清盤人的申請，及清盤呈請。
該公司目前正在等待大法院指派法官對該案進行聆訊，隨後方向大法院立案共同臨時清盤人申請及呈請。
股份繼續停牌，直至另行通知。
