<匯港通訊>      高鑫零售(06808.HK) 發盈警，預期截至2025年9月30日止6個月錄得公司擁有人應佔虧損約1.1億至1.4億元人民幣，去年同期淨利潤約2.06億元人民幣。
虧損主要歸因於營收承壓：受市場競爭加劇 與消費疲軟影響，單筆件數及商品平均售價下降，致客單價下滑；疊加中秋國慶 「雙節合一」的日曆效應，營收同比雙位數下滑；利潤受多重因素影響：降本增效舉措大幅抵消營收下滑對利潤的影響，一次性影響包括商店街主動調整過程中收入下降、約1.5億元人民幣（未經審計）歸因於華中大區組織優化以及利息收入同比減少所致，導致利潤下滑。
