<匯港通訊>      中華燃氣(08246.HK) 宣布，與主席胡翼時訂立貸款資本化協議，據此，胡翼時將認購該公司按每股0.098港元配售1.4億股資本化股份，佔擴大股本約2.96%。胡翼時應付之所有資本化股份的總認購額將須於貸款資本化完成後，透過資本化及抵銷部分貸款之方式結付。
