<匯港通訊>      上善黃金(01939.HK) 公布，訂立一份補充配售協議。根據協議，配售價由6.53港元修訂為7.71港元，經更新配售價較10月20日收市價每股8.36港元折讓約7.78%。
配售所得款項總額將為9159.48萬港元，而扣除配售的估計開支約159萬港元後，配售所得款項淨額估計約為9000萬港元。
