中教控股(00839)預告全年度或因減值令純利倒退曾插11% X

<匯港通訊> 中教控股(00839)發公告，預期集團截至2025年8月31日止財政年度淨利潤約4.4億元至6億元人民幣，相對2024年度同期5.02億元人民幣，可能跌12%或升19.5%，主要已反映預期商譽及無形資產確認減值之影響。
今早股價插水11%至2.77元。

集團預期在2025財年就位於中國海南省、廣東省及河南省的若干現金產生單位之商譽及無形資產確認減值虧損。該等預期減值主要由於有關現金產生單位未來現金流量估算出現下，反映相關地區市場供給增加及在當前宏觀經濟環境下整體支付能力下降所致。根據初步評估，預期將於2025財年確認一次性、非現金性質之減值虧損約16.2億元至17億元人民幣。
