<匯港通訊>      珠峰黃金(01815.HK)與中國白銀(00815.HK) 聯合宣布，珠峰黃金配售合共2.475億股股份，佔擴大後股本約16.66%，配售價每股1.61元，較11月19日收市價2元折讓約19.5%，所得款項總額約3.98億元，淨額約3.97975億元，將主要用於滿足珠峰黃金集團預期的業務增長及發展。
完成後，中國白銀於珠峰黃金的股份權益將由約40.39%攤薄至約33.66%。
